Over the weekend Tommie and I were invited to attend the inaugural launch of Saya Photography which was held at the KAM Model Agency space in Mt. Eden.

I must confess we arrived fashionably late and missed the fashion show! We did however manage to mingle and meet with some beautiful people and Tommie captured a few of those moments.

The fashion show which we missed, was styled by Sammy Salsa, curated by Patric Seng and featured models from KAM Models Agency! They were accompanied by live music from pianist Rose Cheng, violinist Kirsten McCrae and opera singer Anthony Schneider. The wonderful people at Egoist provided summer threads for the boys and the girls wore LEX.

I spotted a new pair of Egoist kicks which I haven’t seen before and is coming out with their Spring/Summer 2012/13 collection which we have posted about.

We loved the rabbit fur jacket and sheep and fox fur jacket from LEX. Definitely kept the models warm and it was so hard to stop touching the soft fur! I think I want my own sheep and fox fur jacket!

By the way I have never met such friendly models before! At the end of the fashion show the models walked around talking with invited guests introducing themselves! It was wonderful!
